There’s a new trend on TikTok and this one is all about building confidence. It’s called the “Hot Girl Walk” and it’s credited to Mia, a.k.a. TikToker @exactlyliketheothergirls, who started sharing her success with the wellness routine that focuses on fitness, self-reflection, and confidence. She got into these walks and wound up dropping a few pounds, but she insists that’s an unintended side effect of it.
So what is a “Hot Girl Walk” exactly? It’s a four-mile walk, but Mia says there’s a catch – you can only think about three things: what you’re grateful for, how hot you are and things you want to achieve. She says the long walk is “designed for women to look within while getting some fresh air.” According to the creator, you’re also not allowed to think about drama and she encourages followers to be alone with their thoughts when they do it, instead of listening to podcasts or anything too distracting.
Lots of TikTok users are jumping on the “Hot Girl Walk” trend, with many posting their own videos about embracing it and one woman is such a fan, she posted a thank you video about it. Mia cautions, “Not every day is going to be easy, but if you want to make a real lifestyle change you have to put in that work and reclaim that voice in your head that you’re so afraid of being alone with.”
