VENTURA — The Iowa Department of Natural Resources Wildlife Bureau is hosting four public meetings this week, including one in Ventura, to present its results from the comprehensive evaluation of administrative rules and regulations.

The review was required by Governor Reynolds’ Executive Order Ten. The DNR Wildlife Bureau will present the proposed edited chapters during the meetings. These meetings are not seeking input on future hunting seasons or proposed hunting regulations.

The public meeting scheduled for the Ventura Wildlife Office at 15300 Balsam Avenue will take place on Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Other public meetings will take place in Waverly tonight, Atlantic on Thursday evening, and in Ames on Friday evening.
